In other Sweden news, we had my aunt over for dinner one night, and I needed something simple and quick to make. I decided to go for an all-American meal, since I clearly can't compete with her Swedish culinary skills. :) After some thought, I decided on Sloppy Joes. I found a recipe on the internet, and with just a bit of tweaking it was perfect. (Recipe below.)
