I guess I should clarify that risgrynsgröt is actually supposed to be an important part of winter. Specifically, a part of the Swedish Christmas smörgåsbord. However, since most people I know are not around for Christmas dinner at my house, I've bent the rules a bit. And if we make it in the summer, then it's an important part of summer.
